What materials are required for the courses?
We supply a complete materials list with every enrollment. You receive premium glass seed beads, needle set, waxed thread, and a bead mat shipped directly to your door. Everything is ethically sourced and packed in reusable cotton pouches.
Do I need previous bead weaving experience?
No prior experience is required. Our beginner path starts with foundational peyote and brick stitch techniques, while intermediate and advanced bundles assume only basic familiarity with needle and thread.
How long do I have access to a purchased course?
Lifetime access is included with every course. All video lessons, pattern PDFs, and future updates stay available in your private ValiPorta dashboard indefinitely.
Is there a refund policy?
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started more than 25 % of the course content. Contact [email protected] with your order number.
Do you provide certificates upon completion?
Yes. After finishing all modules and submitting your final project photo, you receive a beautifully designed digital certificate you can print or share on social platforms.
Can I study at my own pace?
Absolutely. All lessons are pre-recorded and released immediately upon enrollment so you can schedule your weaving time around work, family, or travel.
How do I receive physical supply kits?
Kits ship worldwide from our Portland studio within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You receive tracking and a beautiful unboxing video link upon dispatch.
Is community support included?
Every student is invited to our private Fallows forum and monthly live Q&A sessions with the founder. Peer feedback and instructor office hours are available 24/7.
